December 5, 2008, Newsletter Issue #99: Be Careful Who You Share Your Handbags With and Which You Bags You Share
1
Tip of the Week
While sharing handbags can be a wonderful idea, you should be careful which of your bags you share and whom you share them with. Though your friend is probably dying to borrow your new Gucci bag, it may not be the best idea to let them use it unless you completely trust your friend and are prepared to face the idea that your handbag could be damaged. Some people have a hard time saying no when their friends want to borrow something, but you need to stand up for what you really want. If you have doubts about letting a friend borrow one of your expensive handbags, don't do it! This is especially true for friends who don't have any of their own handbags to let you borrow. Why will your friend have to buy her own expensive handbags if she can go on borrowing yours whenever she wants? Remember, sharing should be a two way street.
